JOM TRADE Procedure

(If you are just selling, skip to the JOM SELL Procedure below)

1. When checking out, choose which games you want to trade-in in the Jom Trade box. You can choose to trade in more than one game per transaction, as long as the total value does not exceed your shopping cart value.

2. The trade-in value will be deducted from your shopping cart value. Please proceed to make payment for the balance.

3. If you would like to trade in MORE THAN 1 (ONE) PIECE of the same game, please check with us first before proceed with the transaction.

The next steps are different for walk-in and postage customers.

Walk-in Customers

4. You have 3 working days to complete the transaction. Bring your trade-in game to our shop and show us your order confirmation. That's it!

Postage Customers

4. You now have 3 working days time to post your game to us at the address below (we recommend Poslaju). Please wrap the games nicely. Do also take note that shipping cost is NOT covered by Game Houz.

5. After you have posted your games, update us with the tracking number together with your order reference number. You can contact us via one of the methods below:

- Facebook message us by clicking on the Messenger icon at the bottom right corner of this page

5. Once we receive your games, we will check for defects. If everything is OK, we will send out your purchase within 1 working day. You will receive an e-mail and your order status will be updated with your tracking number.

JOM SELL Procedure

1. Choose the games that you want to sell to us and add them to your list

2. If you would like to sell MORE THAN 1 (ONE) PIECE of the same game, please check with us first before proceed with the transaction.

3. Fill in your details (Name, E-mail address, Phone number)

4. Read the Jom Trade terms and conditions and tick that box

5. Click SUBMIT

The next steps are different for walk-in and postage customers.

Walk-in Customers

6. You have 3 working days to complete the transaction. Bring your games to our shop and show us your order confirmation. If we have enough cash at that time, we will pay you on the spot. If not, we will transfer to your account within 3 working days.
